Can Not Recognize The Atomizers :
the issue is the mod keeps asking ” New Coil(+)” or ” Old Coil(-)”, the vaping mod cannot detect the atomizer due to the short circuit of your tank or mod.How To Fix:
1. Use a pin to stick on the 510 connectors to see if it can be fixed or not. if can not work, please refer to the next step.
2. Please try other tanks or coils with your mod and try the same tank on other mods to check if they can work fine. to confirm whether the problem is in the tank or the mod.
3. If the mod issue, please try to upgrade the firmware.
Coil Burnt Issue
If the coil burnt out within a short time, follows might be the causes to the issue: 1. Did not prime the coil before vaping. 2. The e-juice you fill is not enough. 3. Improper vaping settings of power. 4.you vape too frequently.How To Fix:
1. Prime the coil with low wattage for the first several puffs.
2. Fill the e-juice over the minimum line of the tanks.
3. While vaping, please make sure the power of the mod is within the powe range that the coil can support.
4. After first filling, please stands for 5mins to get the organic cotton completely saturated before vaping.
Reading Resistance Error
If the vape mod can not read the resistance correctly, the resistance may display a little high or low on the display, the issue may be caused by the reasons below:1. The resistance detection component might be broken.
2. 510 connector might be losse.
3. The tank can not work properly.
How To Fix:
1. Please use the new tanks to work with the vape mod and make sure the tank working fine.
2. Make sure the 510 connector is tight.
